El Patio CPG LLC does not accept returns of our product since it is a food product. You know how it is with fresh food.
However, we will happily replace or refund damaged goods within 30 days of purchase. You must provide proof of damaged goods (this is as simple as adding a picture to your email). Please send your proof to email@example.com to contact us. Hopefully it's just one jar that broke and you're enjoying the others as you read this.
You may choose to have your item replaced or your money refunded. If you choose a refund your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 - 5 business days. We hope you'll try another flavor of our salsa, or pay us a visit down in Austin and get some queso!
